These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and of the estimate requests and inquiries you send through it. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean EB Insulation LLC, and "the Site" means this website.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes: to learn about our services, to look at our work, and to contact us. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its server or any connected system.
• Interfere with the operation of the Site, including by submitting the contact form repeatedly or by automated means, or by attempting to defeat the anti-spam verification.
• Upload or transmit anything unlawful, harmful, misleading or infringing.
• Scrape, harvest or copy the Site or its content with automated tools without our written permission.
• Use the contact form to send advertising, solicitations or bulk messages.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, including for maintenance or in response to abuse.

Submitting the contact form is a request for an estimate. It does not create a contract, and it does not obligate either of us to anything. We may decline a request, and you may decide not to proceed at any point before a contract is signed.

Any figure we give before we have seen the property is preliminary and non-binding. Insulation work depends on what is actually present in the attic, crawl space or wall cavity, so an estimate may change after inspection, and may be affected by access, existing conditions, contamination, material availability, permits and code requirements.

These Terms govern only your use of the Site and inquiries made through it. They do not replace any written service contract, home improvement contract, change order, permit, warranty, notice of cancellation, mechanic's lien notice, or other document that may be required under applicable California law. Any work at your property is governed by the written agreement signed by both parties, along with the notices and disclosures provided with it.

Serving communities from Santa Rosa and Sacramento through the greater Bay Area to San Jose. The cities named on the Site are communities we travel to, not offices or branch locations. Service availability is confirmed based on the project address.

Appointments requested through the Site are requests, not confirmed bookings. An appointment exists once we have confirmed it with you directly. Weather, access to the property, site conditions and work in progress elsewhere can require an assessment or an installation to be rescheduled, and we will tell you as early as we can when that happens.

Service descriptions, materials and any figures shown on the Site are provided for general information and may change without notice. Availability of a particular service, material or scheduling window is not guaranteed. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance; the binding terms of any project are those in the signed written agreement.

The Site and its contents, including text, layout, graphics, logos and photographs, are owned by EB Insulation LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from the Site or its contents without our written permission.

The project photographs on the Site are of work performed by us. They illustrate past projects and the conditions found in them; they are not a representation that any particular result will be achieved at another property.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind regarding the Site, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete, current or accurate at all times. Content on the Site, including anything explaining insulation, air sealing or ventilation, is general information about our services and is not professional advice for a specific property.

This section applies to the Site. It does not disclaim any warranty given in a separate written agreement for work at your property, and it does not affect any right you have under California law that cannot be waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EB Insulation LLC and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including lost data or lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation applies only to claims arising from use of the Site and does not modify any right or obligation under a separate written service contract, or any liability that cannot be limited under California law.

The Site links to and loads content from services we do not control, including the anti-spam verification on the contact form, the imagery on the service-area map, and — only if you have enabled Analytics cookies — the website measurement tools described in our Cookie Policy. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and the ones this Site relies on are listed in our Cookie Policy.

By submitting the contact form and checking the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message (SMS) and/or email about your project inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. Consent to receive these communications is not a condition of purchasing any service.

You may reply STOP to any text message to opt out, and you may opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly. How we handle the information you send is described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

Disputes about work performed at your property are governed by the dispute provisions of the written agreement for that work, not by this section.

We may update these Terms as the Site or our practices change. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top reflects when it last changed. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
