Accessibility statement

EB Insulation LLC wants this website to be usable by the widest range of people, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, zoom, or other assistive technology.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. That is the standard referenced for website accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III. Conformance is a goal we work toward and test; it is not a legal warranty.

What this site supports

  • Pages use landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer), one top-level heading, and a skip link.
  • The site is available in English and Spanish. The language of the page is set on the document.
  • Menus, the mobile menu, forms, galleries, and the cookie dialog can be used with a keyboard.
  • Text and controls are intended to meet contrast minimums, including text placed over photographs.
  • Form fields have visible labels. Errors are described in text and associated with the field.
  • Motion from scroll reveals, the hero background, and galleries is reduced when the operating system asks for reduced motion. The hero video does not autoplay in that case, and it can be paused when it does play.
  • The service-area map is accompanied by the same list of communities in text.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site depend on content or tools we do not fully control:

  • The homepage background video is silent and decorative. It has no spoken dialogue, so captions are not applicable. If a future video includes speech, it will need captions before it is published.
  • We do not publish PDFs on this site. Any document added later needs to be accessible on its own, or the same information needs to be available as HTML.
  • The map is a third-party Leaflet map using OpenStreetMap tiles. Zoom controls are provided, and the city list next to the map is the accessible alternative.
  • The contact form's spam check is Cloudflare Turnstile, a third-party widget. If it fails to load, the form explains that and offers phone and email instead.
  • The privacy policy, cookie policy, and terms are published in English only. From the Spanish site those links are marked as English.
