Communities we serve
Service availability is confirmed based on the project address.
Sonoma County
- Santa RosaSanta Rosa sits on an inland plain that runs hot and dry through the afternoon, then cools sharply once marine air pushes back through the Petaluma Gap after sunset.
- PetalumaPetaluma sits in the gap that gives the region its name: a low corridor through the coast range that funnels cool, damp ocean air inland almost every summer afternoon.
Sacramento County
Marin County
- NovatoNovato is the warm end of Marin: far enough up the 101 corridor and far enough back from the Golden Gate that the fog thins out before it arrives.
- San RafaelSan Rafael sits behind the Marin hills, which block the direct ocean influence that keeps Sausalito and Tiburon cool.
- SausalitoSausalito sits directly on the water at the north side of the Golden Gate, which is where the marine layer comes through first and hardest.
- TiburonTiburon is a peninsula with water on three sides, which moderates the temperature at both ends of the year and keeps humidity high regardless of season.
Solano County
- VallejoVallejo sits on the Carquinez Strait, where the bay narrows and inland valley heat meets water on its way east.
- FairfieldFairfield sits inland in Solano County between the Suisun Valley and the marsh, far enough from the coast to get full Central Valley summer heat and close enough to the water for wind.
Contra Costa County
- ConcordConcord sits inland behind the East Bay hills, which is what separates its summer from the weather on the bay side of the same ridge.
- Walnut CreekWalnut Creek sits in the Diablo Valley at the foot of Mount Diablo, a bowl that holds afternoon heat rather than letting it move through.
- San RamonSan Ramon runs along the valley of the same name, inland and shielded from coastal air by the ridge to its west.
Alameda County
City and County of San Francisco
San Mateo County
Santa Clara County
- Palo AltoPalo Alto sits at the bay end of the Peninsula where the fog has mostly burned off, giving warmer and drier summer afternoons than San Mateo a few exits north.
- San JoseSan Jose sits at the south end of the bay in the Santa Clara Valley, sheltered from coastal fog by the Santa Cruz Mountains.

The shaded area is approximate and illustrates roughly where we work. The communities listed alongside it are the confirmed list, and availability for a specific job is confirmed from the project address.
Not sure whether you are inside the area?
Send us the project address. Whether a job is inside the service area depends on where the house is, not on which city name is nearest.
